Most treasured record - "K.I.S.S.I.N.G" by Sediah Garret. First heard it played as an accapella by Sasha in a field at the first ever Universe party in 1990. The legendary mix was recorded and propelled him towards inevitable fame. I stumbled across the track in the back of an old red neck rock and roll store whilst living in Canada. Paid $1 for it (about 50p). The vocal is just awesome and I intend to do some serious production work with it!
What clubnights have you played at?
Glastonbury Festival 2005, Sound Factory (NYC), Better Days raves and Pleasure Force (N.America and Canada), Raindance (Barking), Aquarium, Propaganda and Fusion (London)
Music scene - what do you think about it?
Dj`s should try and be more eclectic in style mixing up the genres and not just sticking to one type.
Most treasured moment was supporting Dee lite (Groove is in the heart) for NYE 2003 at the Tunnel Club in downtown Toronto. The place went off big time and a blizzard hit the city overnight. The sight of all the party people leaving at dawn trudging through thick, thick snow stays in my mind!
Have you got any DJing horror stories?
Djing Horrors - I use to organise secret beach partys in the west country. One summer I watched in horror as the 5kw generator I had hired vibrated itself into the sand, smoke began billowing out of it and it blew up just as the party was was starting to peak. You can imagine the how disappointed we all were? Unbeknown to me my best mate saved the day by rowing all the way to his house and nicking his dads small honda generator...the night was saved!

Ultimate Djing location - Home - Telecom tower for a big party...London eye for a smaller one! - Away - Probably Kho Phi Phi in Thailand....a very beautiful place
